(2). In case of any pending or processing payment, it may take upto 3 working days to reflect on his/her Recharge Portal wallet or may refund to his/her bank account..
(3). Online shopping will be refund if any transaction had done but product cludn't dispathed .While refund original bill required.Refund any product within 7 days.
(4). GlobelPay is not responsible for any purchase of recharge for an incorrect mobile number, dth account number and data card mobile number. Service charges are non refundable and you will get a refund of recharge amount only.
